Our seven day promise on tool repair is from pickup day to drop off day. If you drop off a lawn mower on Saturday and we count this as day 1, your equipment will be available 12 days later. Most Ready Repair partners are open evening hours to make product pickup more convenient.

Yes. Ready Repair offers factory warranty service on many items so make sure you bring a copy of your purchase receipt.  That being said, not every problem you have with an item is covered by a warranty.  We will bill the manufacturer for all parts and labor covered by the warranty. You will be charged for items that are not covered by the warranty.

Please refer to our Engine Troubleshooting Tips .You can buy many of the parts you’ll need from our ReadyRepair Partners. If you figure out what’s wrong but still cannot fix it, please tell our Partner what you think the problem is when you drop it off for repair. It will help our technicians and may keep your cost lower.
