Ready Repair How We Work

See "What We Service" to determine if we can repair your product.

Go to the "Find a Drop-Off Location" (see the right side of this page) to find a convenient location near you. Each location lists their hours of operation and the ReadyRepair scheduled pick-up days.

When you drop off your item, you will complete a form with your name, pre-approval amount and description of the problem.

ReadyRepair will pick up your product on its next regularly scheduled visit and take it to the ReadyRepair service center.

Our equipment repair technicians will evaluate the problem and, if there was a product failure, make a determination of warranty or non-warranty coverage. ReadyRepair will call you, if your estimate exceeds your initial authorization. Then we will complete all the approved work.

ReadyRepair will return your equipment or tool to the original location on the next scheduled visit.

Your neighborhood retailer will contact you so you know your item is ready for pick-up.

You pay the retailer for the repair and you are on your way!
